Family Counselling

This program provides individual, couple and family counselling to residents of Surrey. Our team of professional therapists strive to improve clients' mental health and emotional well-being by: strengthening parenting skills; managing anxiety and depression; reducing parent-child conflict; enhancing coping skills; exploring stress-management techniques; and fostering healthier relationships.

We understand that every client has unique needs, which is why we offer flexible service delivery options. Based on the specific requirements for services, virtual and phone call service delivery can be considered as viable options.


PLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting practicum student applications at this time.

Eligibility criteria

For families with children (ages 18 and under) living in Surrey who are looking for free, short-term counselling and support.
