Residential Historical Abuse Program

Residential Historical Abuse Program (RHAP) provides counselling services to individuals who were sexually abused when they were 18 or younger and living in homes or other residences operated or funded by the BC Provincial Government.

Requirements

1. Residents of Surrey who were sexually abused when they were 18 or younger living in provincially funded homes or residences.
2. A screening intake and referral will be made by Fraser Health.
