Family Support Outreach

Through family-led in-home visits, you and your Family Support Outreach Worker will clarify issues impacting parenting in the home, and identify and enhance existing strengths.  The Worker will also support you in developing a plan for charge.

  • Nutrition & Meal Planning

Requirements

  1. Resident of Surrey
  2. Children age 13 and under
  3. A referral from the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD)

Intake Procedure

  1. Call the MCFD Surrey Intake Office @ (604) 951-5844 to apply.  A worker will assess you and, if you qualify, transmit your application to us.
  2. Family Support Outreach staff will contact you to arrange an appointment.
