New Frontier Clubhouse

New Frontier Clubhouse: 9803 - 140 St. (Next door to the Carole Wahl Building)
The New Frontier Clubhouse is a psychosocial rehabilitation program for adults with mental disabilities. The clubhouse is a warm, welcoming space where they learn basic life skills through leisure and vocational activities.
Activities at the clubhouse include:
- Food Preparation workshops
- Staffing the all-day café
- Planning monthly calendar of events, like dances and cultural evenings
- Maintaining the Clubhouse and garden (including special projects)
- Arts, crafts, computer training and photography
Other Clubhouse features include:
- Open area to relax and meet with other members
- Computers for Internet and word processing use
- Pool table and board games
- Basketball net and half court
- Video and book lending library
- Access to support and resources to help in individual recovery



The New Frontier Clubhouse follows the International Standards for Clubhouse Models.
